A solution that allows checking the current quality of deliveries and indicates processes that require improvement

The diagnosis of processes associated with the circulation of insulated containers involves a thorough examination of transport conditions within these containers and their respective process parameters. Data are automatically gathered using our system and then subjected to in-depth analysis.

The culmination of this examination is a report that encompasses the analyzed data, findings, and both technical and business recommendations.

This report will highlight:

  • ‍Areas of potential issues and solutions to address them.
  • Strategies to enhance container utilization and optimize the process.
  • Projections of potential cost savings and ensuing benefits.
  • Possible KPIs rooted in the trustworthy data from our system.

Elements of Diagnosis:

  • Examination of storage conditions within containers.
  • Identification of deviations in logistic process parameters.
  • Detection of defective containers (those ineffective at retaining heat energy).
  • Pinpointing locations where containers remain unused.
  • Assessment and measurement of process efficiency.
  • Suggestion of relevant process indicators (KPIs).

Pilot

What does the pilot procedure look like?

  1. Initial Meeting
    The aim is to familiarize ourselves with your logistics system – including your warehouse or distribution center and transportation methods – and associated processes. This understanding will guide the subsequent planning for the measurement system installation.
  2. Equipment Rental and System Installation
    Based on your specific requirements, we’ll install approximately 20-50 sensors, 2-5 receivers (Gateways), and a server complemented by a cloud-based web portal. This portal provides a visual representation (dashboard) of the data aggregated from the sensors.
  3. Data Collection
    This phase typically spans 1 to 3 months. In certain instances, there might be a need to prolong the data gathering duration.
  4. Preliminary Data Analysis
    An initial analysis can be conducted after just a few weeks, and we’ll keep you updated regarding any significant findings.
  5. Detailed Data Analysis, Summary, and Recommendations

The outcome of the in-depth analysis is a comprehensive report. This report will include detailed insights, key performance indicators (KPIs), crucial conclusions, and actionable recommendations. The core areas addressed in the report encompass delivery quality, container utilization, and their current condition.

Next Steps Post-Diagnosis – Available Options:

OPTION 1

You retain the report, including its conclusions and recommendations. All test equipment is then returned to SKK Logistics Data

OPTION 2

The equipment and system remain with you for continued use and analysis. The number of sensors can be adjusted as needed.

OPTION 3

Expansion of the system to encompass all containers (complete implementation) and integration with your existing logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP.
